ARCVM Office
ARC Vendor Management, Inc. has established effective quality control systems to manage the progress and completion of construction projects in all 50 states. Our office has built a network of trusted vendors through rigorous screening processes to ensure they have all the necessary qualifications to perform repairs. ARCVM procures a minimum of 3 estimates from our pre-approved contractors to find the highest quality work for the best price. Our office secures full documentation throughout every stage of a project, allowing an effective communication between the client, contractor, repair specialist, and asset manager. Our staff takes pride in the success of each project and actively seeks to improve the efficiency of our processes.
Current Positions
Construction Repair Specialist
Repair Specialist is responsible for overseeing the construction management of property repairs from beginning to end. Repair Specialist will assist in qualifying and procuring new vendors, contacting brokers, and overseeing the process A to Z. The Repair Specialist compares bids to ensure they meet the final scope developed. An Arc Vendor Management, Inc. Repair Specialist oversees multiple projects throughout 50 states to ensure all procedures and protocols are followed and standards of quality are met.
Project Manager
The Project Manager is able to navigate through the day-to-day operations while dynamically tackling issues arising from any department. The PM position is very hands-on and specializes in efficiency. The Project Manager oversees cost, time, scope and quality of projects throughout our office with a fast-paced and efficient attitude.
