Vendor duties includes, but are not limited to the following:
 

• Inspecting REO properties and to determine any deficiencies that require repairs and/or capital improvements. 

• Providing a detailed list of deficiencies on both the interior and exterior of the property.

• Providing a scope of work to repair or replace deficiencies that includes the unit price for materials and labor expense. (Renovation Estimate)

• Performing the repairs and/or capital improvements to building code and industry standards.
   

 

Contractor must meet ALL of the following minimum requirements for considered:
 

• A minimum of 3 years general contracting experience in performing repairs and capital improvements on residential properties.

• Valid license(s) as required by federal, state or local laws.

• General Liability Insurance per the requirements listed here.

• Workers Compensation Insurance per the requirements listed here.

• Financially able to carry repair costs for 30 days before reimbursement (approx $42,000 per job).

• Lead-Based Paint Certificate preferred, but not required.
